Note the Services are not intended for those below the age of 18 and you are responsible not to provide such information to us.  If we learn we have collected information from someone below the age of 18, any related account will be deactivated and measures taken to delete such information.

As explained in our terms and conditions, you may be able to link your ClearBuild account with online accounts you have with third parties such as social media or communications tools (each account a Third Party Account).  If you do so we may have access to certain information about you from such sites. That information will depend on your settings so please check you are comfortable with such access before you activate it.

Within the law there are authorised reasons for processing personal data. This is called the legal basis. For us this is to fulfil our contractual commitments to you, for the legitimate interests of our business, where we have your explicit consent, and to comply with legal obligations.

We may transfer, store and process information in countries other than your own for operational reasons, for example where technical infrastructure providers are located.  For our target customers in the UK, these countries may be outside the UK and European Union and have different and less rigorous data protection laws. Your rights

You have a range of rights in relation to your personal data, as follows:

• For uses of your information that rely on your consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time.  If to do so impacts our ability to provide you with the Services, this will involve the closing of your account subject to our terms and conditions.

• You can access your personal data by making a ‘subject access request’. 

• If there are errors in information we hold about you, you can correct those.
